Furthering an impressive track record of civic involvement on Wednesday, Penn College student-athletes assisted with moving books from James V. Brown Library to Pine Street United Methodist Church for this weekend's Friends of the Library book sale. The fall tradition is scheduled from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the 444 Pine St. church.

The 10th annual Greater Lycoming Out of the Darkness Community Walk, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Central Pennsylvania chapter and Penn College, attracted 330 participants for a fundraising stroll across main campus.
