* Penn College tuition and fees are charged on a per-credit basis. Amounts are based on 15 credits per semester at a per credit cost of $536 for in-state residents and $763 for out-of-state residents. Actual cost will vary depending upon your number of credit and lab hours. The lab hour fee is $40 per lab hour and is not included in the per credit cost.
