To be considered for financial aid, you must complete the U.S. Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

* Penn College tuition and fees are charged on a per-credit basis. Amounts are based on 15 credits per semester at a per credit cost of $545 for in-state residents and $776 for out-of-state residents. Actual cost will vary depending upon your number of credit and lab hours. The lab hour fee is $45 per lab hour and is not included in the per credit cost

** Starting fall 2017, all students enrolled in an online degree program will receive the in-state tuition rate.
