Take on a culminating group challenge to apply your newly learned leadership skills.

Here's what you can expect.
- Application opens December 2, 2025
- Application closes March 7, 2026.
- Selected participants will be notified by April 1, 2026.
- Those selected must commit by May 1, 2026.

Where will students stay?
Participants will stay on campus in our residence halls.
How many students will be selected?
20 students will be chosen.
Is this program exclusively for Penn College students?
For 2026, we are limiting the participants to Penn College students. We may expand in the future.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for attending this leadership program.
