  • Be a current Penn College student
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Have established yourself as a leader
  • Obtain referral from a Penn College faculty or staff member

Guaranteed Momentum: Experience Highlights

Complete a strengths-based assessment to explore how personality types impact leadership styles.

Expand your network by meeting new community and corporate leaders.

Spend a day with local and state government to learn about leadership policies and processes used in government.

Take on a culminating group project to apply your newly learned leadership skills.

  • Selected participants will be notified by December 11, 2026.
  • Those selected must commit by February 1, 2027.

There is no fee for attending this leadership program. All meals will be provided.
