April 9, 2026
Hotel Check-in
3-6 p.m.: Those planning to spend the night can check into the Hampton Inn Williamsport-Downtown at 140 Via Bella. Discounted rates apply. Rooms must be reserved by March 26, 2026, to receive the special rate. Learn more.
Welcome Reception
6-9 p.m.: Gather at the Journey Bank Community Arts Center in the Capitol Lounge where you'll meet key campus stakeholders and our keynote presenter Samuel Mormando. Get to know other attendees, share experiences, and enjoy complimentary refreshments and beverages.
April 10, 2026
Breakfast
8 a.m.: Enjoy breakfast on campus at Capitol Eatery.
Greetings
9 a.m.: Gather in the Professional Development Center with attendees and campus leadership including a welcome message from Penn College President Michael J. Reed.
Keynote Presentation
9:15–11:15 a.m.: Explore the intersection of instructional design, digital learning, and AI integration with innovator and author Samuel Mormando.
Hands-On Lab Tours
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Get a first-hand look at industry driven labs that inspire the next generation.
Lunch
12:30 p.m.: Enjoy lunch served on campus.
Industry Panel
1–1:30 p.m.: Meet industry leaders and gain insight into what types of skills are in high demand and the forecast for the jobs of tomorrow.
Have You Ever?
1:30–2:30 p.m.: Breakout sessions will encourage participants to explore various labs and complete tasks that will engage, excite, and challenge them.
Closing Thoughts & Departure
2:45–3 p.m.: Participants will regroup in the Professional Development Center for closing thoughts, giveaways, and travel snacks.
