Le Jeune Chef will be closed Thursday, July 21 through Monday, September 5 for the Little League World Series and other special events. We will reopen for a la carte dining after Labor Day.

We are accepting calls for the Fall 2022 Global Cuisine and Connections dinners starting on September 1st. Call and reserve your seat today!

Starting September 6, Le Jeune Chef is open for lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and for dinner on select dates as listed below.

An à la carte menu is served year-round and when students' cuisine classes are not in session.

Chef Mike Ditchfield and his students, our future culinary arts professionals, prepare menus that reflect characteristic fare from America's varied regions. These elegant, multi-course meals are also served with desserts created and prepared by Pastry Chef Lynn Sisino and our student interns.

An American Regional Cuisine five-course dinner costs $35.95 (plus tax and gratuity).

Le Jeune Chef Restaurant is centrally located on the campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. It is easily accessible from major routes (I-80, I-180, 220, and 15).

Take the Maynard Street exit in Williamsport and travel north. On your left you’ll see a sign for Pennsylvania College of Technology, which marks the main entrance to the campus. Turn left onto the main entrance (Hagan Way). At the stop sign, go straight, and follow signs that will lead to Le Jeune Chef Restaurant’s free, adjacent parking.
