He came to pursue a career in welding. Running since age 8, Penn College provided the opportunity to continue to do what he loves at a competitive level. The combination has been greater than imagined with rare instruction using electron beam welding, a Cross Country conference championship, and a bond with teammates that will last a lifetime.

Sending her son to college across the country wasn't easy. But she had peace of mind knowing Penn College was the perfect fit. Colten wanted a home away from home where he could pursue his passion for helping others and play on the lacrosse team. He found both of those and so much more.
