The aviation program at Pennsylvania College of Technology held its first-ever Aviation Career Expoon Thursday at the Lumley Aviation Center. Ten companies attended with the intent of hiring Penn College graduates and interns. Representatives came from as far away as Michigan and Georgia.

The American Red Cross was "extremely pleased" with the turnout for Wednesday's Bloodmobile at the Bush Campus Center, where a total of 192 individuals registered to give blood and 160 pints were collected falling short of the 170-pint goal, but still a huge success. Every pint collected goes to saving another life.

Printmaker Brian D. Cohen's exhibit , "The Fool's Journey," continues through April 25 at The Gallery at Penn College, on the third floor of the Madigan Library. An opening reception, including a talk by the artist, was held Tuesday afternoon. Gallery hours are 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and Friday.

Human services students at Pennsylvania College of Technology will present an Assistive Technology Expo on May 2 in the college's Field House. The expo, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature a broad range of services and equipment to assist individuals with disabilities. The displays will focus on mobility, recreation, communication, tracking systems, home accessibility and education.
