Fifth-graders from Salladasburg Elementary School spent Tuesday morning at Penn College's Schneebeli Earth Science Center, enlightened by forest technology students well-versed in a number of outdoor-related topics.

Women in Sports Day was observed Sunday in Penn's Inn, where more than 70 current female athletes, recruits, coaches and special guests celebrated women's sports at Penn College and honored this year's theme of "All In." Sunday marked the first Residence Hall Association Auction, which took place from 5-9 p.m. in the Field House. The "currency" used was Wildcat Hall Points that students accumulated throughout the academic year for attending RHA- and Residence Life-sponsored events.

One year after tragedy struck the Virginia Tech campus, Pennsylvania College of Technology students, faculty, staff and administrators gathered Wednesday night to remember the victims and recommit to an environment that strives for safety and civility.

Two co-stars of Comedy Central's hit show, "Reno 911!" Carlos Alazraqui, who plays Deputy James Garcia, and Cedric Yarbrough who portrays Deputy S. Jones are coming to campus for a show at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 26, in the ACC Auditorium. Their show will be a combination of comedy, improvisation and question-and-answer. Tickets are available at the CC Information Desk.
