A Pennsylvania College of Technology student who received a 2025 scholarship from the mikeroweWORKS Foundation was recently featured on the skilled trade advocate’s social media accounts. David P. Sayour, of River Edge, New Jersey, is one of 11 Penn College students to receive a scholarship from the foundation for the 2025-26 academic year.
