ASPIE
(Autism Spectrum Post-Secondary Interest Experience)
Pre-College Program
The ASPIE program is the perfect opportunity for high school students in grades 10-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and their parents, to obtain valuable information pertaining to post-secondary education and career exploration. The ASPIE program runs for two consecutive days. It will give participants the opportunity to experience living on campus by staying overnight in the housing complex.
Students on the spectrum will be given a unique opportunity to interact with college professionals and current college students during informational sessions and a student panel. Session topics include: self-advocacy, rights and responsibilities of college students with disabilities, and post-secondary education/career exploration including a Career Assessment Inventory. Parents and students will also receive information pertaining to financial aid and other services available to students with disabilities.

- Or better yet, come for two Pre-College Programs. Pick a different program the second time around or come for the same one twice. Each year we mix things up.
- Attend Penn College and receive $1,000 off your tuition each year if you came for one program.
- Or, get $2,000 off your tuition each year if you join us for two programs.
