On Dec. 7, Pennsylvania College of Technology will host its annual chocolate house auction to benefit Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity. Each year, students taking the course Principles of Chocolate Works spend the final weeks of the fall semester building chocolate structures that will be sold in silent auction at the School of Hospitality’s Food Show.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s School of Hospitality will host “An Evening of Pennsylvania Food, Beer and Wine” on Nov. 14, offering opportunities to learn more about the pairing of fine beer and wine with food and to benefit the Peter Hellermann Scholarship Fund. Scheduled at 6:30 p.m.
