Dr. Guion S. Bluford Jr., a former NASA astronaut who flew on four Space Shuttle missions, was the featured speaker at Pennsylvania College of Technology's Aviation Celebration commemorating 100 years of flight and 70 years of aviation education at the College.

Greg Gable, executive chef at The Restaurant at Doneckers, Ephrata, will prepare the Fall 2003 Distinguished Visiting Chef Series Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Gable also worked for 14 years at the renowned Le Bec-Fin in Philadelphia before joining The Restaurant at Doneckers, where his wife, Heidi, serves as sommelier.
