A Pennsylvania College of Technology student was among six nationwide to be selected for a 2012-13 scholarship from the Tag and Label Manufacturing Institute. Angela M. Sampsell, of Williamsport, a senior in the graphic communication management major at Penn College, was among four recipients from four-year degree programs. Each received a $5,000 scholarship.

The Pennsylvania College of Technology contingent at the recent National SkillsUSA Conference in Kansas City, Mo., produced four medalists: two second-place finishers and two third-place winners.
