Sixteen employers participated in the January Human Services & Restorative Justice Internship and Job Expo. The event, which takes place every fall and spring, aims to bring employers to Penn College who are specifically interested in human services & restorative justice students and graduates.

Steven J. Moff, professor of business administration/marketing, received three official government citations honoring his devotion to the Little League Challenger Division, an adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s graphic design program has collaborated with the city on a project that explored ways to encourage more people to visit, work and play in and around the Williamsport area. Eighteen graphic design students in the branding class of Nicholas L. Stephenson, instructor of graphic design and co-department head, and Todd True, part-time instructor of graphic design, took on the project of designing brand elements that portray Williamsport as the vibrant arts community it is.

Students in Applications of Professional Cooking recently worked with the professional staff of Le Jeune Chef Restaurant to feed 475 Lycoming Engines employees during the company’s third annual employee Thanksgiving meal.

Pennsylvania College of Technology recently wrapped up Restorative Justice Week, which aimed to highlight the importance of understanding the expansive impact of crime on a community and the most effective response for both the offender and the victim.

Nearly 200 students from nine high schools and career and technical education centers explored Penn College’s baking and culinary majors during Friday’s Hospitality Visit Day. Their visit included a tasty sample of students’ classwork.

Contemporary artist Adrian Gor recently offered two workshops for students in drawing classes. Gor’s work, “Masses of the Undone,” was on exhibit in The Gallery at Penn College through the end of November.

Chef Charles R. Niedermyer, instructor of baking and pastry arts/culinary arts at Pennsylvania College of Technology, was selected to serve on the advisory council for the 2026 Salon du Chocolat New York.
