Reservation Details

Le Jeune Chef Restaurant staff returns calls as quickly as possible (and in the order in which the calls are received) in order to confirm reservations. Please do not assume you have a reservation unless a member of the staff has returned your call and established an availability to meet your request.

For advance reservations, Le Jeune Chef staff will phone you at least 24 hours before your reserved date to confirm your reservation and the number of guests in your party.

Please arrive promptly. Your table will be held for 15 minutes beyond the time of your reservation. After that time, the table may be given to other guests.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time of your reservation.

Enjoy world-class cuisine expertly prepared by instructors, students, interns, and Le Jeune Chef's professional staff. Indulge in ever-changing variety of flavorful culinary masterpieces created with fresh regional and seasonal items. An à la carte menu is served year-round and when students' cuisine classes are not in session. 

Wine

Wine is an essential accompaniment to fine dining. The epicurean marriage of wine and food has become an artistic expression and allows you to fully experience the pleasure of both food and drink. Ask your server for recommendations from our extensive wine list.

Come join us for a "Coffee Forward" Brunch Buffet featuring Alabaster Coffee Roasters on Saturday, March 7th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Cost is TBD per person plus sales tax and service charge

Dinner: Specialty Dinners

Themed Dinners. Join us from 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Dinner: American Regional Cuisine

Chef Amanda Farr-Lepper and her students, our future culinary arts professionals, prepare menus that reflect characteristic fare from America's varied regions. These elegant, multi-course meals are served with desserts created and prepared by Chef Todd Keeley and his students in the restaurant desserts class.

An American Regional Cuisine five-course dinner costs $39.95 (plus tax and gratuity).

We will begin taking reservations for the Regional Dinners on February 16, at 11:30 a.m.

Le Jeune Chef Restaurant is centrally located on the campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. It is easily accessible from major routes (I-80, I-180, US 220, and US 15).

Take the Maynard Street exit in Williamsport and travel north. On your left you’ll see a sign for Pennsylvania College of Technology, which marks the main entrance to the campus. Turn left onto the main entrance (Hagan Way). At the stop sign, go straight, and follow signs that will lead to Le Jeune Chef Restaurant’s free, adjacent parking.
