And they're off!

A contingent of Penn College business and hospitality students – along with faculty and Le Jeune Chef staff – left campus Monday morning and traveled by bus to Louisville, Kentucky, where they’ll spend the week serving VIP guests at Churchill Downs as activities get under way leading up to the Kentucky Derby on May 2.

The race, known as the “most exciting two minutes in sports,” attracts more than 150,000 guests to Churchill Downs, and millions more watch on television.
