Bursar's Office/Student Accounts
The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds.
Tuition and fees will be the same regardless of the mode of instruction that is used. Your tuition and fees are in exchange for learning, academic credit, and certain non-academic services that will be provided, whether they are offered in-person, in a hybrid environment, or entirely remotely.
Important Dates for Summer 2026
Mid-April 2026
Summer 2026 bills available on the Student Portal.
May 6, 2026
Summer 2026 tuition is due in full or enroll in 3 payment plan.
Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date; this is not a mail-by or postmark-by date.
June 8, 2026
2nd Summer 2026 deferred payment due.
June 30, 2026
Final Summer 2026 deferred payment due.

Late-June - August 3, 2026
Request Optional Services (dining plan and parking permit) to be included on the Fall 2026 bill.
July 6, 2026
Fall 2026 bills available on the Student Portal.
August 3, 2026
Fall 2026 tuition is due in full or last day to enroll in 5 payment plan.
