Fall 2026 Schedule

Tuition payments are due in full to Bursar's Office/Student Accounts or last day to enroll in 5 payment plan.

Monday, August 3

Payments must be received in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts by the due date, not just mailed or postmarked. Penn College does not accept postdated checks. Please do not mail cash.

Online payment will be unavailable due to end-of-semester processing.

Thursday, December 17 — Friday, December 18

Late Registration Period

Monday, August 10 — Monday, August 17

Scheduled students are able to adjust schedules and register for classes; late fee may be assessed. Registered students are able to make schedule adjustments without a late fee penalty.

First day of classes and the last day you may drop classes without a financial penalty.

Monday, August 17

If you decide for any reason not to attend Penn College after you are officially registered, you must contact the Registrar's Office prior to August 18th or you will be held responsible for full payment.

Second deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.

Monday, August 17

A one-time $50 late fee will be assessed if bill is not paid in full or enrolled in payment plan.

Last day to add a class to your Fall 2026 schedule.

Friday, August 28

Last day to drop a class and receive a partial refund for regular 16-week classes.

Friday, September 4

Refunds for 8-week and other short-term classes are calculated separately.

Third deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.

Monday, September 14

Fourth deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.

Monday, October 12

Final deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.

Monday, November 9

You must make full payment by this date or be assessed a 5% delinquent penalty. All accounts that remain unpaid at the end of the semester may be turned over to a collection agency. You are responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees - in addition to the principal and late fees.

Spring 2027 Schedule
