Two of Pennsylvania College of Technology's heavy construction equipment technology associate-degree majors those emphasizing Caterpillar equipment and technician skills have been reaccredited for five years by the Associated Equipment Distributors Foundation.

Penn College has been honored by the Internal Revenue Service for its participation in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which uses agency-certified business students to provide free tax help to qualified area residents.
