The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday re-elected its full slate of officers for 2015-16. The re-elected officers are: Sen. Gene Yaw, chair; John J. Cahir, vice chair; and Joseph J. Doncsecz, treasurer. Other officers are Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour, secretary; Valerie Baier, assistant secretary; and Suzanne T.
