Pennsylvania College of Technology manufacturing engineering technology students took on one of modern humanity's perpetual challenges: to build a better mousetrap. Working in groups, the students designed humane mousetraps that could be produced on the college's rapid prototyping machine, also called a three-dimensional printer.
Nine high school seniors from Tioga County recently completed the nursing assistant program at Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus and subsequently passed the American Red Cross Competency Exam for certification as Certified Nurse Assistants. The nine students have been attending nursing assistant classes since January.
