Esther Bauer, a Holocaust survivor who speaks to students whenever possible so they will “learn what happened and see to it that it never happens again,” will visit Pennsylvania College of Technology on April 9. The Gallery at Penn College, on the third floor of Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Madigan Library, will host “Worlds Collide,” featuring paintings by Merrill Steiger, from March 19 to April 18.
