The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday approved a budget (and tuition and fees) for 2010-11, authorized gifts to the City of Williamsport and the Williamsport Area School District, elected its slate of officers, and made appointments to the Corporate Advisory Board and the Community Arts Center Board.
The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday approved a $102.2 million operating budget and a total college budget of $144.4 million for 2010-11. The approved budget calls for a 4.81-percent increase in tuition and fees for Pennsylvania residents enrolled at the college. The budget reflects no increase in state funding.
The Sport Literature Association convened on campus Wednesday morning for its 27th annual conference. The conference attracted nearly 50 attendees from across the United States and from four other countries, including program chair Julian Meldon D'Arcy, of the University of Iceland.
