Pennsylvania College of Technology's Board of Directors on Thursday approved parameters for the college's state budget request for 2012-13.The numbers will be submitted to the state along with The Pennsylvania State University's request. "It's always too early, but we have to do it,'' said Board Chairman Robert E. Dunham.

Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering two medical assistant programs beginning in mid-September. The noncredit course will be offered at the main campus in Williamsport and at the North Campus, three miles east of Wellsboro.
