Students from Pennsylvania College of Technology will serve food samples made with fresh, local ingredients at the Williamsport Outdoor Growers Market on Oct. 23. Students from Penn College's School of Hospitality joined the world record-breaking effort at the Victoria House in Lewisburg over the weekend, where they helped owner Chef Philip Gajda and his family, along with volunteers from the Boy Scouts, Union-Snyder Habitat for Humanity and the community to build the world's longest sandwich wrap.
