The Penn College men's soccer team advanced to the Penn State University Athletic Conference championship game for the fifth straight season with a 2-0 home win Wednesday over Penn State Beaver. In Saturday's 2 p.m. finale, the Wildcats will travel to Penn State York, which eliminated Penn State Hazleton, 4-1, on Thursday.

While this year's squad may not have as much depth as in the past, Pennsylvania College of Technology coed bowling team coach Deb Vincenzes is optimistic of another successful season. The Wildcats open Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference play on Tuesday at Faxon Lanes in Loyalsock Township.

The On-Campus Powder Puff Football team defeated its Off-Campus counterparts on the soccer field Tuesday, a 14-7 victory in a game postponed from Homecoming Weekend. Jeremy R. After Monday's first round of the Penn State University Athletic Conference-United States Collegiate Athletic Association golf championships, Penn College was fifth overall. Among PSUAC colleges, it was third. Craig Flint of Port Allegany led the Wildcats with an opening-round 76 on Penn State's Blue Course and was tied for fifth place.

Pennsylvania College of Technology recently presented Outstanding Varsity Athletic Alumni Awards to Becky J. Shaner, of Hughesville, and Bobby String, of New Cumberland. The honors were presented by Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour during Oct. 10 Homecoming festivities at the college.

A crowd of more than 200 people watched in Bardo Gymnasium on Thursday night as the Penn College women's volleyball team defeated Penn State Abington and said a tearful "goodbye" to seniors Alyssa M. Covas and Ashley D. Oswald.
