Pennsylvania College of Technology, in conjunction with the Penn State University Athletic Conference, has announced the recipients of the Winter/Spring 2013 All-Academic Team award. The award is given to student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or better in the semester of competition.  Winter sports that compete over two semesters are calculated by averaging both semester grades.

It was another blockbuster year for Pennsylvania College of Technology athletic teams as they captured their fifth straight Penn State University Athletic Conference Chancellor’s Cup. The cup is awarded to a member institution with the most accumulated points for the year. Points are awarded based on the finish of each conference team.

Junior baseball player Cody E. Buterbaugh (Conestoga) and sophomore volleyball player Kelly R. Hebert (Wellsboro) were named the Male and Female John S. Egli Scholar-Athlete Award-winners by the Penn State University Athletic Conference on Tuesday.

Video from Tuesday's campus visit by the Penn State "Coaches Caravan." a sold-out event that gave hundreds of people the opportunity to meet football coach Bill O'Brien and his counterparts in Nittany Lion field hockey and men's volleyball, has been added to the Penn College YouTube channel. A sold-out lunch at the Penn College Field House kicked off the second week of the Penn State Coaches Caravan on Tuesday morning. Nittany Lion football coach Bill O'Brien, who is headlining the bus tour on all 12 of its stops, was joined in his local visit by Char Morett, field hockey coach, and Mark Pavlik, coach of the Penn State men's volleyball team.
