For the second straight year, the Pennsylvania College of Technology Student Branch of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers placed fifth in the institute's annual international Web site contest held recently. Two HVAC technology majors at Pennsylvania College of Technology are among this year's eight recipients of scholarships from the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers. Clayton J. "Scott" Welch's AVC181 (Engine Electrical) class. Students were treated to a close-up look at the Spirit of Goodyear and talked with the crew about following the iconic airship around the country.
