Thomas C. Heffner has been appointed assistant dean of sciences, humanities and visual communications: programs at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Heffner comes to Penn College from Central Piedmont Community College, Charlotte, N.C., where he was program chair and a faculty member for early childhood education. Several easy-to-learn computer courses, offered by Pennsylvania College of Technology’s North Campus in the Wellsboro Area Senior High School and Administration Building, will allow participants to sharpen their computer skills while learning something new. Geyer, assistant professor of building construction technology, have established the Gerring Geyer Scholarship at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
