A new scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology memorializes an instructor at the college who passed away last October. Joseph M. Younes lost his battle with cancer on Oct. 23 at the age of 54. Younes was an instructor of electrical technology/occupations at Penn College for 16 years, and he was an alumnus of the college's electrical technology major. The Joseph M.

Paul L. Starkey has been appointed vice president for academic affairs/provost (the chief academic officer) at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He will begin his duties on July 1. Starkey's hiring was approved Monday by the college's board of directors.
