The Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, in which Penn College students help prepare hundreds of income-tax returns each season, will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
