Future Wildcats welcomed on Accepted Students Day

Penn College welcomed 536 future Wildcats who spent their day getting a glimpse of campus life during Penn College's Accepted Student Day on April 12.

The event celebrated Fall 2026 accepted and deposited students and helped them envision life as a Wildcat. Activities included speed friending, bingo and historic tours of Williamsport, plus opportunities to interact with student organizations.

Among those attending were 101 out-of-state students, who hail from California, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Virginia. Thirty-two of the attendees are transferring from another college or university.

The Admissions Office reported that 451 of the students had already confirmed their intent to enroll, and nine more sealed the deal during Accepted Student Day.
