Scott E. Kennell, director of athletics at Pennsylvania College of Technology, has announced his resignation in order to accept the director of athletics position at Madonna University in Michigan. A memorial service will be this weekend for Ned David McClintock, a former member of Penn College's Corporate Advisory Board, who died Sunday, July 10. A former teacher and principal in the East Lycoming School District, who later worked for PP&L, McClintock served on the board in 1993-94. The service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church, 148 S. Main St., Hughesville.
