Pennsylvania College of Technology has again earned Top 10 status among the best public, four-year colleges in the northern region of the United States in the “Best Colleges” 2013 edition rankings published by U.S. News & World Report. Penn College is ranked 10th in the category of Top Public Regional Colleges (North), the same as 2012.
