The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday accepted the college’s audited financial statements for Fiscal Year 2015. The audit was the lone action item on the board’s December meeting agenda.

A commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 19, for the nearly 260 Pennsylvania College of Technology students who have petitioned to graduate after the Fall 2015 semester. The ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
