Pennsylvania College of Technology has appointed Tammy M. Rich as director of alumni relations. Rich, who had been employed as executive director of alumni relations and special events at Lock Haven University, began her duties at Penn College on March 3. “We are pleased to have Tammy join the Institutional Advancement team,” said Barry R.
