Openings remain for a 15-day Ready-to-Work Field Service Worker and Roustabout Training program offered through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Zachary G. Bird, of South Williamsport, won two silver awards in the Student American Advertising Awards District 2 competition, held recently in New York City. Bird graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in May with a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design.
