Pennsylvania College of Technology President Davie Jane Gilmour was appointed recently to serve on the NCAA Division III Presidents Council, the highest governing body for Division III athletics. Gilmour, who has served on the NCAA Division III Chancellors/Presidents Advisory Group, began serving her four-year term in January.

In action last week for three Pennsylvania College of Technology winter sports teams, only the men’s basketball team came away with a win. Men’s basketball Wednesday in a home NEAC game, the Wildcats lost to Penn State Harrisburg, 100-52, in the first meeting between the two since 2012 and the first-ever clash in conference action.
