If everyone stays healthy and shoots to his or her potential, the Pennsylvania College of Technology archery team should again be among the nation's elite. After a best-ever third-place finish at the U.S. Collegiate Outdoor Championships in 2003, the Wildcats fell to seventh last spring, due mainly to the fact that they were without their male recurve team.

By Jim Carpenter, sports information writer Over the years, Pennsylvania College of Technology athletic teams have had their share of success, but nothing has come close to matching the achievements of fall 2004. For the first time ever, the College fielded eight fall sports teams. All of them reached the post-season playoffs, with five claiming 11 championships.
