To control rising printing costs and ensure all students have fair access to campus printing resources, Pennsylvania College of Technology is implementing a student printing quota for Fall 2004. Over the past several years, Information Technology Services has seen an alarming increase in the volume of printing and associated costs.
Twelve students enrolled for the Fall 2004 semester at Pennsylvania College of Technology have been honored as "Presidential Scholars" for academic excellence and service to their schools and communities. In addition, two adults who are returning to the classroom have been selected as "Penn College Scholars" for their achievements.

Stephen P. Legarski of Montoursville was commissioned as a second lieutenant inan Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps ceremony held Saturday, Aug. 7, at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Penn College President Dr. Davie Jane Gilmour delivered remarks at the ceremony, which took place at the Thompson Professional Development Center.

Nearly 170 students have petitioned to graduate in August from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Commencement ceremonies will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. The student speaker for the event will be Eric S.
A Pennsylvania College of Technology student has been awarded a $5,000 scholarship from the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society. Chad E. Wagner, RR 1 Tionesta, plans to graduate in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Thirteen students in Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Natural Resources Management each have been awarded $1,000 scholarships from the Caterpillar Excellence Fund for the Fall 2004 semester.
