Penn College greeted new and returning students for the start of the Fall 2013 semester during Welcome Weekend, which provided a variety of opportunities for a transition into campus life after a busy summer: moving into on- and off-campus housing, participating in academic and social activities, and being introduced to student leaders, faculty and staff.
