Five Star International recently donated a 2016 International Pro Star over-the-road truck to Pennsylvania College of Technology, a much-appreciated addition to the fleet of real-world equipment at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center near Allenwood. “This truck will help enhance our curriculum for diesel technology students,” said John D. Motto, instructor of diesel equipment technology.

Pennsylvania College of Technology students earned the most scholarships in the country from a foundation that promotes skilled manufacturing careers.

An in-person commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 18, for the 320 students who have petitioned to graduate at Pennsylvania College of Technology following the Fall 2021 semester. The ceremony, in which more than 220 students are expected to march, will be held at 11 a.m. at the Community Arts Center.

Members of Pennsylvania College of Technology's ConCreate Design Club recently completed cosmetic repairs to the base of the massive Global Conflicts for Peace and Freedom monument at the Lycoming County Veterans Memorial Park on the corner of Wahoo Drive and West Fourth Street in Williamsport.

Cross-campus collaboration has put Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Baja SAE team in the driver’s seat for this spring’s competitions, featuring top schools from throughout the nation.

The first to arrive is Lauryn A. Stauffer, an automation engineering technology: robotics and automation major, who was rewarded with a smooch ... ... and a shake (even as Winnie cased the room for her next human encounter). Stauffer, of Bath, is also a college relations assistant and a Wildcat Events Board team leader.

Working in tandem and unfazed by winter's insistent approach, Hammer and Beaver hoist a strand of stars into place. Beaver prepares to attach the 2021 addition to the growing collection of keepsake ornaments crafted by Financial Aid employee (and Air Force veteran) Kimberly Venti. Stars, fashioned in a campus machining lab, dance in the midday breeze.

Lynda Livingston, a member of the Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors, has established an automotive scholarship at the college in memory of her father. The Pepper-Livingston Memorial Automotive Scholarship honors the memory of Duane F. Pepper, who owned and operated Pepper’s Body Shop in Franklin Township, Bradford County.
