Ralph E. Zeigler Sr., a sheet metal instructor at Williamsport Technical Institute, Penn College's earliest predecessor institution, died Saturday, Aug. 11. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 142 Market St., with the Rev. Kenneth R. Elkin officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
