Pennsylvania College of Technology once again helped to welcome visitors to Williamsport for the Little League Baseball World Series, which begins Thursday and concludes Aug. 26. Prior to formation of the Grand Slam Parade near the northwest corner of campus, the college hosted its traditional picnic for players, coaches, team uncles, umpires and other LLBWS notables.
