Quizzo is held every Thursday evening in CC Commons throughout the semester. This particular event was themed “School Spirit,” testing players' trivia knowledge on facts related to Penn College, philanthropy, traditions and more.

The Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania and the PPL Foundation held a free STEAM Lab at Penn College from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, providing more than 250 girls and young women – from kindergarten through 12th grade – with a hands-on look at Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics pursuits while learning and working with Penn College instructors and students.

A futurist designer will share her insights into science fiction-inspired prototyping at the next Technology & Society Colloquia Series talk at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Sophia Brueckner, assistant professor at the University of Michigan’s Stamps School of Art & Design, will deliver “Prototyping Alternative Futures” at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, in the Klump Academic Center Auditorium.
Delivering a dose of color and curiosity to The Gallery at Penn College are artist Abraham Ferraro’s mailable sculptures and interactive installations. The exhibition, titled “Every Which Way,” will run March 19 through April 18 in the gallery, on the third floor of Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Madigan Library. A closing reception will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
