The Master Brewers Association of the Americas has recognized Pennsylvania College of Technology’s brewing and fermentation science degree as one of only 12 approved programs – and the only approved program in the U.S. Northeast. Established in 1887, MBAA is a nonprofit, professional, scientific organization dedicated to advancing brewing, fermentation and related industries.

Stabley and Andreassen: outstanding in the ATHS atrium The mosaic art complements existing artwork and painted elements of the space. Oh, so many little details! An earlier image taken during “phase two” shows how the abstract mosaic accents mimic shadows on the wall when sunlight filters into the atrium. Coincidentally, the photographer arrived just as the duo had placed their final tile.
Penn State is exhibiting artwork created by a Pennsylvania College of Technology faculty member. Thirty drawings by David M. Moyer, assistant professor of graphic design, are on display in the Art Alley of Penn State’s HUB-Robeson Center galleries and display areas. A reception will be from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pennsylvania College of Technology hospitality students were the big winners at the 2018 Kentucky Derby. A contingent of 28 students and 10 alumni worked for Levy Restaurants at Churchill Downs throughout Derby Week, a commitment captured in a video added to the college's YouTube channel.
