The School of Hospitality hosted Austrian wine expert Andreas Wickhoff on Penn College's main campus this week. Throughout his stay, Wickhoff talked with classes about wine pairing and the flavors and origins of Austrian wine. The family of a Pennsylvania College of Technology alumna who was a well-known pastry chef in Williamsport has established a scholarship fund at the college in her memory. The Barbara Johnson Memorial Pastry Arts Scholarship will provide annual awards to students in Penn College's baking and pastry arts associate-degree major.
