The Fall 2015 issue of One College Avenue magazine includes stories about alumni using their education to ease the task of fetching water in rural India and to oversee a major highway construction project that will bypass the congested Shamokin Dam area, along with many other stories highlighting Penn College life and the accomplishments of students, alumni and employees.

Pennsylvania College of Technology held its Summer Commencement ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. Kyle G. Stavinski, of Elysburg, who was awarded an associate degree in emergency medical services, was the student speaker.

Pennsylvania College of Technology presented its Distinguished Alumni Award to Warren A. Peter during Summer 2015 commencement ceremonies held Aug. 8 at the Community Arts Center, Williamsport.

A record 15 Pennsylvania College of Technology students were hired by Phillips Seafood to serve internships in the iconic Maryland company’s Ocean City establishments this summer.

A commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, Aug. 8, for the nearly 270 students who have petitioned to graduate following the summer sessions at Pennsylvania College of Technology. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.

David M. Huston David M. Huston, who graduated from Penn College in May 2010 with a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering technology, has been chosen among the country's future leaders in manufacturing by a national publication.

Pennsylvania College of Technology's Athletics Department has announced its 2015 Hall of Fame class: Hannah E. Miles, Bridget Metzger, Coleby V. Frye, Devon Liquori and Lindsey (Fackler) Kornbau. The inductees will enter the Hall of Fame beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, part of Penn College's Homecoming celebration.

Under the critical eye of a judge and his clipboard, Brian P. Weidner competes ... ... in a series of skills tests ... ... that pitted him against other top-performing Ryder technicians. After only 20 months on the job, Brian P. Weidner – a 2011 diesel technology graduate working as a Tech 3 for Ryder Systems Inc.
