The diverse “degrees that work” offered at Pennsylvania College of Technology, a national leader in applied technology education, will be on display from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the college’s Open House on Saturday, March 28.

Luther A 2002 graduate of Penn College's landscape/nursery technology major, now an instructor at the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology, has been named Pennsylvania's Outstanding New Career and Technical Educator for 2014 by the Pennsylvania Association for Career and Technical Education.
