The third time for Wildcat Comic Con went beyond charming into the realm of enchantment, as presenters and the public bonded over graphic novels, cosplay, gaming and other common interests.

Pennsylvania College of Technology student George W. Settle III visited the Middle East this summer with plans to teach a handful of boys how to weld. After his seven-week visit, he learned far more than he taught. Settle, of Dillsburg, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in welding and fabrication engineering technology at the college.

Jeffrey C. Comitz, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning design technology major from Hughesville, has been chosen as the first Student of the Month of the Fall 2014 semester at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Expanded funding from the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau and representation from an industry superstar reflect the increasing credibility of Pennsylvania College of Technology's Wildcat Comic Con over three brief years. The bureau awarded a $10,000 grant to Penn College for the Sept. 27 event, twice as much as was allocated when the Comic Con debuted in 2012.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s commitment to veterans has earned the institution “Military Friendly” status for the sixth consecutive year. On Tuesday, Victory Media named Penn College as a Military Friendly School for 2015.
